Wordwall
Hello! Welcome to my first ever article!
I want to share about an interesting website I used for my class presentation and microteaching around a week ago. It is filled with plenty of fun activities and games you can use to impress your audience. If you are familiar with websites such as Kahoot! and Quizizz, this website will become a new addition in your list of useful websites for teaching. Without further ado, I present you....
Wordwall
"So, what is this website actually?" You may ask
It is a website that gives you the ability to create many interesting activities and games for your teaching, especially if you want to teach language like I do. To get started, simply access this link: https://wordwall.net/
"Alright, I've opened the web, now what?"
Well, my friend, I will guide you through the simple steps of signing up yourself to creating your own fun activities.
1. Create your account
You can press the sign up button located on top-right of the screen. Fill in your details, and done.2. Log in to your account
After making your account, you need to log in by pressing the log in button located on the left of the sing up button.
3. Create your activity
After logging in, you will be met with this screen. You can see a very clear blue button with "create activity" written on it. Press the button, and you will see the activity selection screen. From there, you can select one which suits your need the most.
4. Enter your content of learning
Here, you will have to fill in the details of your activities. In some, you can actually put pictures to make your activities more interesting. You can also use the themes provided by the website. After that, click done and start playing.
"That's very interesting, but is there anything the website lack?"
As every other websites, this one also has some pros and cons which I will list below:
Let's start with the pros first.
1. You can choose from various templates.
2. It's easy to use.
2. You can track student performance.
4. Students or participants can retake the quiz.
5. Your students or participants don't have to register an account to play your activities.
Of course, there are also some cons which you need to put into consideration.
1. There are only limited number of free activities (18 out of 36).
2, There is a format limit for the multiple-choice quiz.
3. There is no instructor-paced feature.
4. The display is less attractive when accessed in mobile phone.
That's all I can say about Wordwall for now. I hope I will see you again on my next article.

Way to go! I find your content easy to read and the language you used was very simple to understand yet creative. The grammar and vocabulary were equally good as well. The flow of ideas you conveyed in this blog is impressive too as I can easily follow the steps on how to navigate through the application.
